This was perfect. I have 3 young children and although I would like to praise all the time, there are things that need to be taken care of and I do not like asking 10 times to have something happen. I knew I had 'help' create that response, but more than anything wanted another perspective idea. Thank you so much for helping my brain step outside my box. I always feel empowered and more confident as I read the things you share. Thanks so much!
