Your milkshakes look delicious- I will have to try them!

We make homemade sugar free ice cream several times a week. I thought you might like the recipe.

8 cups raw cream
6 raw egg yolks (don't use white raw-they have digestive inhibitors or something like that)
1 Tbsp stevita (a brand of stevia that mixes into liquids pretty well)

That is the basic recipe. You may add vanilla extract, peppermint extract and grated carob, replace the stevita with chocolate stevita, etc... We love to use chocolate stevita and add a few drops of almond extract. Or blend up frozen berries and add. Freeze following the directions for your ice cream maker.

You can replace some cream with milk, but it will taste less creamy, and if there are any leftovers, they freeze rock hard solid. Plus, all that good, raw cream is so good for you!
