		<description>No, I don&#039;t use any sugar at all. It is addictive to me, so I have learned to use other things: mostly fruit, stevia, and a little honey.  If you try your pancake and biscuit recipe and just leave the sugar out, you&#039;ll be amazed--it tastes fine!  You won&#039;t even miss it.  Best success!</description>
